Sr Content Strategy Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. - Create and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including email copy, landing page copy, articles, blog posts, social media content, and more.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive content strategies that align with our brand's objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure the seamless integration of content strategies across all touchpoints.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform content direction.
- Define and maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and communication.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives through well-crafted content that demonstrates expertise and addresses key industry challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging content marketing trends and technologies, suggesting innovative approaches to engage audiences.
- Mentor and guide junior content team members, providing support and fostering professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role, with a minimum of  years in content strategy development.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content pieces.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective content strategies.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing content projects from ideation to execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media trends, and user experience principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive content decisions.
