Role mission

As a key part of our rapidly expanding fintech, your role as a Data Analyst is critical to the execution of Baubap's vision You will collaborate closely within business units in order to provide data driven decision making. You will provide the keys tools such metrics, insights and analytical reporting that will allow your team optimize their key objectives.

Outcomes

• Constant analysis and creation of business metrics dashboards.
• Developing, implementing and tracking experiments within an A/B testing framework.
• Presenting clear reports on the outcomes of the data you analyze that all team members can consumer

Day to Day

• Collaborate with various team members to comprehend and resolve data needs. Help them answer the most important questions.
• Translate complex data into understandable conclusions for a business audience, and propose potential actions and strategies.
• Measure and articulate the business impact of changes, improvements and/or experiments.
• Constantly find insights through extensive analysis of raw data in order for other team members can take informed decisions about product development.

• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in MySQL
• Strong statistical and analytical background
• Experience Data Reports for a non-technical audience
