CH Inbound Executive
Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a CH Inbound Executive to be part of this amazing and fast – growing fintech. If you are someone who goes out of their way to delight customers, with a passion for providing extraordinary service and who also focuses on detail and sticks to following policies and procedures, we are looking for you to be part of Customer Happiness. We want to count on your enthusiasm, your ability to analyze and to provide alternative solutions in all interactions with our clients. S/he should be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills.
Education Level & Work Experience
Bachelor or Career Truncated (7th semester or beyond).
1-2+ years in customer service could be face to face or call center experience.
- Serve customers looking for solutions and support through Customer Happiness service phones.
- Provides basic technical support for readers' basic troubleshooting.
- Work on first-level cases responding by complying with the service levels established for each case.
- Raise special cases that require your supervisor's attention and follow up with the client.
- Advocate to service, with an extraordinary vocation to help.
- Excellent oral and writing communication.
- Capable to manage tools to create and solve cases according to customer requests through a CRM.
- Proficiency with the use of Office and other technological tools and apps.
- Ability to learn about new technologies.
