Job Title: Motion and Animation Designer - (Video)
Reports to: Social Media Executive
Location: Bangalore
Key Relationships: Sales Team, Customers, Marketing, Customer Service.

Job Purpose: As our designer, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand and product stories to life through compelling visuals. You'll be responsible for helping conceptualize, create and edit a variety of videos/animations that showcase how to use our product, announce our brand partnerships/new couriers, highlight our company culture, and engage our audience across various platforms online/on social media.

What you’ll do:

• Create Compelling Motion Graphics: Develop visually appealing and engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos that effectively convey our brand's messages, promote our platform, and highlight important announcements.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the Marketing team to understand campaign goals and create visual assets that align with the marketing strategy.
• Conceptualize and Storyboard: Translate marketing concepts and ideas into captivating visual stories. Create storyboards and prototypes to outline animations and graphics.
• Animate and Edit: Use industry-standard animation and video editing software to bring concepts to life. Ensure high-quality output and flawless execution of projects.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and ensure they align with Easyship's visual identity and style guidelines.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion design and animation to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our content.
• Feedback and Iteration: Be open to feedback and proactively seek input from team members to refine animations and designs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in motion design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience or ability to create sleek screencasting videos showing how to use our platform.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong storytelling and conceptualization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of shipping or logistics is a plus but not required.
