What you'll do

• Help define the vision for our end-to-end user experience, collaborating with product managers to turn that vision into reality
• Lead and ship creative and design-led solutions by creating great user experience and solving user challenges, with a sense of urgency and speed
• Drive product-led growth and optimize conversion funnel through the lens of user success
• Quantitative & qualitative research to empower a user-centric mentality for the team
• Manage and add to an existing scalable design system that will be shared across the team
• Lead, coach and develop other designers to maintain an engaged, high performing team

What we're looking for

• Strong MVP and startup mindset
• 3+ years experience as a product designer or UI/UX designer
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
• User-centric and make decisions based on a combination of empathy, market landscape and data
• A blend of product, UX, UI, and people knowledge that lets you jump into a fast paced environment and contribute from day one
• Degree/Diploma in Web/Graphic/Multimedia Design or related disciplines
• Experience in managing a design team is a plus
• Experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript is a big plus
• Canddiate with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Designer
