What you'll do

• Identify the highest impact growth opportunities for the product, size the opportunity and build a business case for it
• Define key objectives and ensure success is measurable and can be improved upon
• Own the growth backlog, build experimentation process and strategic vision
• Hypothesize, build, measure and learn; and leverage insights to influence product direction
• Partner with other Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Growth Marketers to conceptualize, build and execute growth initiatives
• Manage the entire product life cycle from ideation, to planning, execution and launch

What we're looking for

• Strong MVP and startup mindset
• 2+ years experience as a product manager or growth related role
• You have experience working on product growth challenges and driving data driven growth
• Collaborative: you will work with partners across the entire company to achieve strategic results
• User-centric: you have user empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
• Analytical: you are comfortable with using quantitative data and insights to make product decisions
• Execution-oriented: you have the execution skills for a fast-paced environment
