The sales team lead is responsible for managing the end to end sales process for our SME financing business, from generating SME leads, preparing the sales memo, to post-approval.

What you will do:

  • Manage and drive sales and revenue target for sales team
  • Ensure streamlined sales operations process and work across functions to ensure excellent client experience
  • Build high-quality lead channels and coach team to consistently convert leads into successful deals
  • Drive and manage campaign to boost sales
  • Become an expert in our financial products and their use cases
  • Build strong relationships with borrowers & deliver a positive client experience
  • Develop and execute the go to market strategy for our SME lending business

What we are looking for:

  • Around 5 years experience in SME lending or B2B sales.
  • Demonstrate sales team management and problem solving experience
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong performance track record of meeting individual and team sales targets
  • Proactive attitude, able to build and manage key relationships
  • Previous experience managing a team in fast pace small team environment
