The sales team lead is responsible for managing the end to end sales process for our SME financing business, from generating SME leads, preparing the sales memo, to post-approval.

What you will do:

• Touch base with delinquent customer via calls & emails to drive collections & maintaining customer relations
• Stakeholder engagement with Credit, Sales, Legal and Operations in identifying and resolving problems impacting collections. i.e. dispute resolution & contract issues
• Prepare & submit monthly reports and forecast, including analysis & commentaries on delinquent customers
• Support team members according to back up plan and on a hoc basis if required

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as debt collector for more than 2 years, or related fields more than 5 years
• Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Apt in negotiating and persuading
• Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
• Bachelor Degree in law, accounting, business management, or a similar field
• Self-motivated and open minded to learn new aspects of work
