We are looking for 1 Legal Intern to join our team:

What you will do:

• Support to prepare various types of legal documents including transaction documents, internal corporate documents or contracts with external service providers;
• Assist in execution process or negotiation process of legal documents/ in notary process of documents;
• Check and collect relevant required information of the Borrowers on National Business Registration Portal;
• Liaise and work with governmental authorities as assigned by legal executive;
• Assist legal executive in updating new legislation for the team;
• Assist legal executive in working with each of credit, sales, business operation team and external relevant parties.
• Other tasks assigned by line managers.

What you will need:

• Final year at University in Law or post graduated from Law University
• Having some knowledge of the different type of corporate documents
• Having some level of understanding on regulators and notary services
• Good work attitude, high sense of responsibility.
• Honest, hard working
• Good in general English and legal English (4 skills)
• Working location: Sonatus Building, 15 Lê Thánh Tôn, p. Bến Nghé Q1
• Allowance: Gross 4,5mil/ month & working time: from Mon- Fri, 9am-6pm, free parking
