In your role focused on Employee/People Experience:
- Attend AC Employee Experience meetings as the representative from your team.
- Take responsibility for reporting related to your team's initiatives.
- Consolidate updates and progress regarding initiatives across all four pillars.
- Provide necessary input for initiatives to the People Experience team.
- Showcase your team's activities to the broader network.
- Lead and organize various team activities (e.g., resilience recharge, gratitude week).
In the areas of Employee Experience and Corporate Sustainability:
- Connect your team's activities with broader initiatives to ensure a positive impact.
- Incorporate relevant activities to enhance the overall experience.
- Oversee the implementation of assigned activities, covering planning, communication, impact tracking, and reporting.
- Execute the localized branding strategy in alignment with the broader objectives.
- Comprehend the distinct branding material requisites and nuances.
- Develop branding and recruitment marketing materials, including but not limited to flyers, social media posts, and informational session presentations.
