At OnMyGrad, we’re constantly adding new features to our platform to enable deeper and more interactive campus recruitment for both employers and young talents. This role is ideal for someone who wants to leverage their experience to build from a beginning stage.
What to expect
Developing and maintaining effective Business Development and Account Management practices across the Asia Pacific region
Participating in deal pitches which involves deal modelling, sales pitch, and ideation
Acting as a project lead to drive consolidation and execution of initiatives across multiple functions to drive timely execution of signed deals
Accelerating customer adoption through education and engagement
Managing the account planning process and deliver accurate sales and revenue forecast
Achieving P&L and territorial targets
Minimum 3 years business development experience preferably in technology or human resources solutions industry
Experienced in dealing with large corporates eg Fortune 500 companies
Self-starter with a commitment to learn and a sense of curiosity
Comfortable working with some ambiguity and able to self-direct your work
Fluent in English (highly preferred)
