Our Engineering Values
👀 Be an Expert
Get to know all parts of the product inside out. If something is broken or can be improved, make sure it’s highlighted and addressed.
🤝 Be an Owner
Own the tech, take responsibility for the codebase. You should be thinking about the future when you implement something. Make sure it can be picked up and understood easily by another engineer in the future, or quickly adapted by you as designs change.
🛠️ Be a Jack of All Trades and Master of One
We love generalists who specialize, while you're expected to be an expert in a specific area, you'll more than likely be called to work on areas outside of your comfort zone. You should be willing to adapt and use these opportunities to learn!
🏆 Be Someone Always Seeking to Raise The Bar
You should always strive to do the best you can, whether its with engineering, communicating with the team, or helping our customers. As a startup in a competitive market, we’ll often have to prioritise speed over perfection, but ultimately our goal is to give our users the best experience possible.
🌎 Where you’ll work
This role will be fully remote. We’ve been building our company remotely since day one and the way we work reflects that.
💸 Competitive Salary.
📈 Meaningful Equity.
⏰ Flexible Work Schedule.
