Responsibilities / What you will do
Serve as the main point of contact for event organizers, both internal and external, in Mexico.
Lead and host the events in Mexico.
Support our Community and Event Coordinator in the design of event programming, ensuring alignment of all events with our strategy.
Support in the marketing and promotion of events.
Collaborate with community builders, providing training and support to effectively implement community initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements / Who you are
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business, Community Management) or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in community management, event coordination, or related roles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze community metrics and derive actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in coordinating events and managing community content.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product teams.
