Position Description
We are looking for an outstanding Senior Frontend Developer with experience in building client-side web applications to join our development team and play a major role in the design and implementation of our future products. This role will involve planning, design, development, and maintenance of front-end web and mobile applications.

Applicants should be tech-savvy professionals, who are comfortable working alongside a team as well as independently in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of the infrastructure.

You will work directly with our UX/UI team to improve usability for our customers and ensure the technical feasibility of their designs. You will also be working with our back end team to deliver consistent and reliable web experience

Key Responsibilities

● Build out patterns and abstractions that emphasize the efficiency of sites/software

● Build reusable code and libraries for future use

● Design and review code emphasizing the efficiency and reusability of the front-end infrastructure and components

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

● Support reuse through technical documentation and user assistance material of common frontend components

● Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

● Partner with stakeholders and lead team efforts to design, develop, and maintain complex user interfaces and features for web applications that meet the design, functionality, and complexity needs of end users.

Experience Required

● At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end or full-stack developer

● Extensive experience with JavaScript and ReactJS

● Familiar with ReactJS Hooks and Contexts

● Strong problem-solving and solution-design skills

● Hands-on unit testing development experience (Jest, etc.)

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Hands-on versioning tools experience (Github, GitLab, etc.)

● Strong experience reviewing peer code to integrate through Pull Requests

● Dedicated team player and team-builder

● Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

● Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
