Resonado Labs creates audio transducer technology that enables businesses to make products with innovative design without compromising acoustic performance. Since 1920s, all products from consumer electronics to automotive have been using conical speaker transducer technology to transmit sound. However, the recent trend towards product miniaturization and audio proliferation accelerated by the rapid growth of smart IoT devices brought about challenges where smaller and thinner footprint were demanded for all components inside, including a speaker transducer. Traditional conical speaker transducer technology could not be miniaturized to meet such demands without sacrificing either the product’s design or acoustic performance. Resonado Labs therefore engineered and patented proprietary FCS technology which reinvented the electrodynamic transducer structure by rearranging the internal elements to optimize the motor efficiencies. Today, Resonado Labs derive its revenue from licensing its FCS technology to global manufacturers whose products range from consumer electronics to automotive.
