Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an exceptional track-record, you can deliver quickly while being clever to avoid missteps. You have an effective positive attitude that shines as you show your care about client and colleague concerns. You are always learning and are a transparent communicator even when it is challenging. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. The ideal candidate will have a background in both front-end and back-end development. This role will involve working closely with a cross-functional leadership team.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions
• An exceptional and verifiable work history

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Well-organized, entrepreneurial, and able to deliver on time

• Pushing boundaries through rapid prototyping and iterative development, always driving innovation and user feedback
• Ability to relocate into paradise (Cancun, Mexico)

Technical Skills Required:

Backend:

• Advanced PHP
• MVC framework, Laravel is desirable
• Postgres database and database migrations
• Development of REST APIs
• Cronjobs

Frontend:

• Vuejs
• Bootstrap-Vue
• Nuxt
• Flexbox
• Knowledge in Bootstrap, material UI or other CSS frameworks
• Axios
• Consumption of REST APIs
