🚀 About the Opportunity
As part of Talently's expansion, the Sales Executive team will be responsible for the complete sales cycle with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
The Sales Executive should be a sales-trained individual accustomed to working in startup environments. Will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives. We are looking for someone with high energy, curiosity, a passion for learning, and the ability to develop new connections and partnerships with individuals and companies across various industries.
🤩 What we expect
As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales cycle for new clients, including business meetings, product & service demos, and closing deals.
- Understanding the needs and general requirements of clients during work meetings to convey curated information to the TRS (Tech Recruitment Specialists) department.
- Following up on all generated opportunities to drive consistent acquisitions of new accounts.
- Building trust relationships with decision-makers in contacted companies to facilitate the transition and retention of new accounts.
- Close involvement with the Operations department (TRS and CS).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the complete sales cycle of technological or recruitment products or services. (Must)
- You have an advanced level of English. (Must)
- You have commercial experience negotiating with high-level executives (Managers, C-level, Founders, etc.).
- You have experience achieving closure with new clients.
- You have worked in startups, as well as with EdTech, HrTech, and/or SaaS products or services.
- You are a fast learner and define yourself as a proactive person.
- You have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on objectives.
- Clear use and management of CRM and KPIs.
